A little pig accidentally fell into a mud pit while seeking shade, then fell asleep in the mud. When a passing cat and a rabbit saw the pig lying in the mud, they were startled. For several days, the cat and the rabbit disappeared. The pig went looking for them and found out that they had both thought the mud was inhabited by a monster and had been hiding in fear.
